徕卡I型脱钙液是一种独一无二的脱钙试剂，可同时实现组织固定和脱钙。穿刺活检标本在1小时内即可完成固定和脱钙；小型骨组织标本和钙化动脉大约为2-4小时。对于3-5mm厚的大组织可使用I型脱钙液进行过夜固定及脱钙，第二天若发现组织还未彻底脱钙，可以使用II型脱钙液进行快速脱钙。

I型和II型脱钙液的联合使用，可以有效节省组织固定及脱钙处理的时间。

Leica Surgipath Decalcifier I is a unique decalcifying solution that has the ability to fix and decalcify at the same time. 

Needle biopsies may be completely fixed and decalcified in one hour or less. 

Small bone specimens and calcified arteries may be completely fixed and decalcified in approximately 2-4 hours.

Tissues decalcified in this solution cut with ease and routine H&E techniques produce excellent stained sections.
