PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of DNA polymerase, salts, magnesium, and dNTPs for efficient PCR amplification.
All you have to do is add template and primers, reducing set-up time by half (Figure 1).
PCR SuperMix contains recombinant Taq DNA polymerase for routine PCR of fragments up to 5kb.

PCR SuperMix is supplied at 1.1X concentration to allow approximately 10% of the final reaction
volume to be used for the addition of primer and template solutions. Reagents sufficient for 5,000
amplification reactions of 50 ?l each are provided.
PCR SuperMix Components:
22 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.4), 55 mM KCl, 1.65 mM MgCl2, 220 ?M dGTP, 220 ?M dATP, 220 ?M dTTP, 220 ?M dCTP, 22 U recombinant Taq DNA Polymerase/ml, stabilizers.
100 rxns: 4 × 1.125 ml
