中间有沟隔开为两计数区，池深：0.5mm。

计数室总面积为100平方毫米，再划分为40个长方形小格，面积为2.5 平方毫米。

Bright-Line为亮线金属银底刻画，亮线金属银底可在常规显微镜下呈现高光，通过调节对比度可以改变显微镜图像，从而根据需求使划线变亮或变暗，更易于观察计数。

这种计数板常用于脑髓液细胞、腰椎液、线虫和单采血小板中的残留白细胞的计数。

包装规格：每只塑料盒内含1块计数板与2片专用盖玻片，计数板与专用盖玻片皆可重复使用。
