The PerkinElmer PE-WALLAC DELFIA® Eu-Labelling kit is intended for labelling of proteins with europium (Eu), for use in dissociation enhanced time resolved 

fluoroimmunoassays. It can be used alone or together with the DELFIA® Sm-Labelling kit to make dual label assays.

They are suitable for highly sensitive end point measurements in separation based assays such those for detection 

of protein-protein binding and cell adhesion as well as for immunoassays. Isothiocyanate activated chelates, react primarily with 

free lysines on the compound to be labelled.

Each kit contains 0.2mg labelling reagent plus Eu-standard, DELFIA® Enhancement Solution, Eu-stabiliser, purified BSA for increasing the stability of labelled proteins, an uncoated microtitration strip plate, DELFIA® 

Assay Buffer and DELFIA® Wash Concentrate. The kit contents are sufficient for a labelling of up to 1mg of protein.

The DELFIA® Sm-Labelling kit is a parallel product based on the lanthanide, samarium instead of europium.
